So my second cleanse ends on Wednesday and I cannot wait to see my results. I have not weighed or measured myself since last week! This past weekend I have been inspired more than ever with AdvoCare and I want to help people so much. Advocare is truly an AMAZING company. Day 1
Today was day one of my second cleanse. Last night I took my measurements and I found out I lost an additional 5 INCHES from my last challenge. This was a huge motivation for me to do well this semester. There is no way that I am quitting now.
Morning:
This morning I got up I had my green apple spark and Catalyst (can't take the thermoplus during the cleanse) watched some of the today show and then had my fiber drink (so yummy!) and I made myself some egg white french toast! Delicious!
For my French Toast I just had some egg whites and added so vanilla extract and cinnamon. For the bread I just used cinnamon raison ezekiel bread (this bread is the best!)
Lunch:
Lunch today was pretty simple. I just had some steam able broccoli, brown rice, and leftover chicken, I added some siracha sauce for an extra kick (sorry I forgot to take a picture!)
At three o'clock I had some watermelon
Dinner:
For dinner I made some taco salad with ground turkey. I know. I know. You must be thinking doesn't taco seasoning have a lot of sodium. Well lucky for me I made my own seasoning so it had no added salt and it tasted just as good and maybe even better than some of that store bought seasoning you can buy at the grocery store.
Workout:
Today I did skyrobics. It is my favorite form of exercise!!!!!! I did at SkyZone and it is so much fun. It is amazing what muscles you can workout with just a trampoline. I worked out my arms, legs, and abs. The instructor always makes it fun and different and is so encouraging! Tonight killed more more than usual but I loved every second of it!
Bedtime:
After getting back from my workout, I ate some watermelon, took a shower, and watched some Netflix. At bed time I took my first packet of the cleanse pills! Cannot wait to see what tomorrow brings

Thermoplus, Catalyst, and Spark!
So, with Advocare there are three products that I am absolutely obsessed with! I take these products daily!
Thermoplus
I take this 30 minutes before breakfast and 30 minutes before lunch. This speeds up your metabolism from a walk to a jog! I have to be careful sometimes, because I can get the late night munchies since my metabolism is running faster than my body is used to. I will miss this product during my cleanse since you are not allowed to take it during that time!
Catalyst
So Catalyst is pretty amazing if I do say so myself. A lot of the Advofamily nicknames is lipo in a bottle. It basically protects your muscles and burns fat when doing any kind of activity. I take it 30 minutes before breakfast, and 10-15 minutes before I do exercise. I can feel a difference from when I do and don't take Catalyst. With my Catalyst I feel like I have more energy and I can go harder during my workout. I feel like a million bucks!!!!!! I can also see that my muscles are getting a little more defined!!
Spark
So Spark is my savior. I have no idea what I did without it. Spark is an energy drink that comes in eight different flavors: Watermelon, Fruit Punch, Cherry, Citrus, Mandarin Orange, Mango Strawberry, Grape, and Pink Lemonade. There are also two limited edition flavors:Green Apple and Pomegranate. I personally have tried Watermelon, Fruit Punch, Mango Strawberry, Green Apple, and Pomegranate. My favorite would have to be Watermelon, but they are all very good. In the future I want to try the rest, but for now I am happy with the flavors that I have. I take Spark everyday. It gives me the energy that I need for the day, and I rarely get the after lunch crash that I used to constantly have before Spark. It's low in calories and there is no sugars. It also has amino acids and nutrients, so you really can't go wrong with Spark. It is so much better than those crappy energy drinks and sodas people pound down on the daily. Since drinking Spark I have not had any soda or even coffee I don't even crave it! I seriously can go on and on about Spark and how much I love it.

More about AdvoCare
I was introduced to AdvoCare at the end of April. I had a friend who invited me to a mixer and I decided to go. I knew I wanted to lose weight, and I saw that my friend had amazing results. I wanted to hear more. I went and I was inspired! That night I ordered my 24 day Challenge and on May 11 I started the cleanse phase.
The cleanse lasts ten days. It is very uneventful, but when I did it i felt amazing and after 10 days I lost 3.4 pounds and 14.75 inches off my body. I hoping for some good results again after the ten days. I will keep you posted! By the way the peaches and cream flavor is so good! I personally bought an extra box of just the fiber drink, because I liked it so much. The cleanse phase though can only be done every ninety days due the the herbal cleanse pills. After the cleanse phase it is the max phase.
During the Max phase is when you take the MNS supplements. There are three versions: MNS C for appetite control, MNS E for that extra energy you may need, and MNS 3 just for all around health. Each MNS packets include all the nutrients you need for healthy eating. During my last 24 days I took the MNS 3 packets just to start off, which is what I recommend to anyone who starts on the 24 day challenge. This time though, I decided to go with the MNS C to kick my cravings and control my appetite. During my Max phase last time I lost 1.6 pounds and and additional 3.6 inches off my body.
ooooh I almost forgot don't forget the Omegaplex. Gotta have those omega 3s.!
I seriously cannot wait for my next 24 day challenge and see what progress I get next time!

Weekend Ahead
So Monday I start my challenge! My hope is to post everyday during the challenge. I will post what I ate as well as what I did for exercise for the day. I am soooooooooo ready for this challenge. I'm ready to loose some more weight and feel more comfortable in my skin. I already heave everything prepped and ready to go! Like before I am having the peaches and cream fiber drink (yum!), but for the Max phase I'm going to try MNS C just to boost up goals.

Here it goes
Well here it goes....I have decided to start a blog. Though I've already started my journey on May 11, 2014, it is not finished yet. In fact it is just beginning. Next week (August 11) I am start my next 24 day challenge by AdvoCare. I am so ready to start this next challenge. In my first challenge I learned so much about myself and my eating habits and I continued with those habits. Sure I may not have been perfect. There is always room for improvement. But what I can say I am ready to learn more. In my first challenge I lost five pounds and over eighteen inches I cannot wait to see what this challenge brings me. Advocare has changed my life for the better! I seriously cannot imagine not using AdvoCare products anymore. These products actually work and they work well!
